Radhey Krishna Legal Aid Foundation (Regd.) is a Charitable Trust established in the fond memory of Late Sh. R.S. Garg Advocate and his wife Late Smt. Krishna Garg on 25-11-2016. Late Sh. R.S. Garg was initially a Judicial Officer at Haryana but subsequently, he came to Delhi and started practicing in District Court and High Court of Delhi and became one of the leading lawyer. Moreover, he was very benevolent and compassionate by nature and used to provide legal aid to poor and needy persons on pro bono basis. His wife, Late Smt. Krishna Garg being a pious lady always supported her husband in his charitable activities.
The Foundation is dedicated to the cause of protecting public interest, spreading legal literacy, taking up causes of general public importance for legal redressal and turning lawyers into socially responsible professionals.
The Foundation is run and managed voluntarily by Lawyers and students of law to help the poor, deprived, needy, downtrodden and the handicapped people to protect their rights as well as to generate awareness among people about issues that concern everyone, from civil liberties to environment to legal literacy.
